Statue of Shah Rukh Khan and Kajal unveiled in London

 Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge was released in 1995. This movie starring Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol changed many familiar images. Created new milestones. October 20, marks the 25th anniversary of this film. On this occasion, the Heart of London Business Alliance announced the installation of a shelf. It has been reported that a bronze statue of Shah Rukh Khan and Kajal will be unveiled in Leicester Square in London.

According to a recent report, the bronze statue depicts a scene depicting two people in the city of London. This is going to be the latest addition to the 'Scenes in the Square' movie trail. Earlier, iconic scenes from Harry Potter, Laurel and Hardy, Wonder Woman and Singing in the Rain have been erected here.

The movie Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge starring Shah Rukh Khan and Kajal has broken multiple film records. And it goes without saying that many of the blockbuster films released later did not even come close to breaking the record. In 25 years, this picture has got the badge of cult classic. Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge has been running housefull in the Maratha temple auditorium in Mumbai for two decades in a row. Shah Rukh Khan and Kajal also organized a special function at the Maratha Temple on the occasion of its 20th anniversary.

Directed by Aditya Chopra, the record-breaking film stars Shah Rukh Khan and Kajal in addition to other famous actors in the film industry. Among them were Amrish Puri, Anupam Kher, Farida Jalal, Himani Shivpuri, Satish Shah, late Achala Sachdev. There were Mandira Bedi, Paramit Sethi, Karan Johar, Anaita Shroff Adajania and Arjun Sablok.
