Air pollution is raising concerns again in Corona. Newly released data from the Central Pollution Control Board says the amount of air pollution in India has increased significantly over the past few years. On the other hand, India is gradually rising to the top of the world map in terms of air, water and vehicle pollution.

The report of the State of Global Air is sounding with great fear.

In this situation, the newly published report of the State of Global Air or SOGA is spreading new threat. According to the SOGA survey, more than 16 lakh people died in India in 2019 alone due to complex air-related diseases. Pollution has also led to an increase in the incidence of strokes, heart attacks, diabetes, lung cancer and lung disease.

In 2019 alone, 1 lakh 16 thousand newborns died due to air pollution.

On the other hand, the State of Global Air 2020 survey is giving more sensational information in this regard. This shows that at least 1 lakh 16 thousand Indian newborns died due to air pollution in the whole country last year. The elderly have the most physical problems. Air pollution is one of the three leading causes of neonatal deaths, experts said in a report released by the Health Effects Institute on Wednesday. There are three major causes of neonatal death in India: low birth weight, premature birth and air pollution. At present, along with the polluted smoke of vehicles in the country, the hazy toxic smoke of straw burning that spreads from Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan every year is also considered as one of the major causes of air pollution, experts said.

Air pollution is causing an increase in the number of deadly diseases like cancer, heart disease and diabetes.

Meanwhile, the SOGA report clearly shows that as the amount of air pollution increases, the amount of harmful PM 2.5 particles and toxic gases floating in the air naturally increases. And that is the main reason for the increase in multiple problems caused by shortness of breath. As a result, multiple deadly diseases like cancer, heart disease, diabetes are in the human body. Although not directly behind multiple complex diseases, experts say air pollution has a hand in detours.
