AFTER DURGA PUJA, THERE IS A STRONG FEAR OF INCREASING INFECTION IN BENGAL

Will corona virus infection increase during the festive season in Bengal? Increasing that fear, the number of infections in Bengal is increasing slightly every day. As a result, these figures before Durga puja are raising concerns of the administration. After Onam, the number of victims in that state in Kerala has gone out of control. Therefore, it is feared that such a wave of corona attacks will hit Bengal as well.

While the number of active patients is declining across the country, it has started to increase in West Bengal. In the last 24 hours, the number of active patients has decreased from 9441 to 518 in the state. The number of active patients has increased by about 35% since September 17. And the main reason for this is the crowd of Puja Marketing, Bishwakarma Puja, Mahalaya and people joining the festivals without any restrictions. The discharge rate in the state also drop down from 87.87 to 87.66  which is a matter of considerable concern.

Now the thing is that the more active the patient, the more the pressure on the hospitals. So the state administration has focused on increasing the number of beds in the hospital. The preparation is in full swing so that there is no shortage of anything. Especially thinking about Kolkata and North 24 Parganas.

So the only question that comes to mind is what will happen after Puja if this situation has happened before Puja?
